Book Review: Brain Rules by John Medina



This one was an engaging read. 
Key Takeaways: 

1. Brain evolved while there was intense physical exertion. Exercise makes you smarter. 

2. Sleep well.It's good for the brain 

3. Stress makes you hooked and locks you into a box. 

4. Brain actually prefers an overload. Visuals are absorbed with max speed and efficiency. 


I like this book.
